i made this, and twenty others, at tabblo.com [link] you drag and drop any number of images from your pc to the tabblo site, add tags and set security. then you start a project, selecting from various predefined styles or freeform it like this one. they offer extra options on the images like pan, zoom, and some effects, you can add textboxes, and you can set all the colours and other settings for the page. it's so easy to create these things. oh, and when someone's viewing it, they can click on any image to see it larger with thumbs for the rest below it. it's such a nice site. the only thing that i don't like about the site is that the commenting structure isn't as robust as dev, but they're young by comparison - and it's totally free, no banners, etc... i hope to see you there.
